Tom is responsible for strategic development and implementation of business to business supply chain solutions. He delivers value to clients by spending the time necessary to understand what their needs are before proposing a supply chain solution. Without exception, the people at Lakeside are the best he has ever worked with. Everyone is empowered to do whatever it takes to delight our customers. Tom's greatest passion in life is spending as much time with his family as possible. The one thing in life he'd like to achieve is a golf score lower than 90.

Lisa is responsible for day-to-day management of our existing Xerox contract. In addition, she works on strategic business development with all other Xerox business units in Canada and the United States.

Lisa appreciates the family-oriented, professional team at Lakeside and the excellent customer service. Her greatest passions in life are family, fun and maintaining a strong work ethic and her primary goal is to maintain a healthy balance in life (mind, body and soul).

As Director of Pricing & Analysis, Dave is involved in all aspects of the design and pricing of logistic solutions for our customers. He assists customers in solving their logistics challenges, whether it’s a full network solution or a straightforward lane pricing decision. Dave strives to be a voice of reason while developing innovative ideas. He likes the personal touch and support that the great people at Lakeside provide, not only to its customers and suppliers, but to each other as well. His greatest passion in life is solving problems as well as participating in a host of different activities, especially those involving the outdoors. Dave’s main goal in life is to continue to enjoy great adventures with his family and friends. He feels everyone should see as much of the world as they can.

Matt is responsible for reviewing key account activities and creating reports and spreadsheets to illustrate business activity. He presents key performance indicators that outline Lakeside's performance levels on each client's business. Matt believes that the employees at Lakeside work as a real team. They are always on hand to assist each other and they all work to better the business, as well as themselves. Matt's greatest passions in life are family, friends, soccer and golf. He wants to achieve success, while his personal dream is to take a golf trip around the world.
