As Director of Operations, Alan resolves day to day problems that arise. He is involved in creating and guiding the Lakeside Dispatch Team to deliver reliable and accurate service and information for clients. Alan likes the team atmosphere, strong work ethic, and commitment to customers at Lakeside. Life's passions include his daughter, fishing and pool. He hopes to be the best father he can be, and help his daughter grow up to be a healthy, well adjusted young woman.

As Operations Supervisor, customer service is Greg’s primary focus. He provides guidance and support to the logistics coordinators to allow them to deliver high levels of service to our customers and carriers. He finds it motivating to work with such a colourful team of people who know how to get the job done and love what they are doing. The greatest passions in his life are his beautiful wife and family…and sneaking away for a game of golf. The one thing Greg wants to achieve in life is to, one day, play a game of golf at par!

As a Logistics Coordinator, Debbie’s main responsibility is tracking customer shipments. Her focus is personalized customer service to ensure that each customer’s requirements are addressed. She finds the enthusiastic team environment at Lakeside very motivating. Her greatest enjoyment in life is spending time with family and friends. Debbie wants to achieve success in both her personal life and her career.

Tracy places great value on her ability to provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service. She ensures the information she collects while tracing loads is entered as accurately as possible for online viewing. Her admiration for Lakeside co-workers has developed a second family atmosphere for her. Tracy's passions are her husband, two young boys and family and friends. Tracy feels that she's already achieved the most important thing in her life; a life full of love, hope and happiness. She feels all her effort as a wife and mother make her life complete.

Kristina's responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator include coordinating loads and providing exceptional customer service. She provides personalized service and follows up on all aspects of any load she is involved with. Kristina likes working with the people at Lakeside because everyone is always willing to lend a hand. Her friends, family and cats are Kristina's greatest passions in life. The one thing she wants to achieve most in life is to be successful at all of her endeavours.

As a Logistics Coordinator, Cecille is responsible for account tracing and dispatching orders. She focuses on ensuring that our customer's loads are covered and delivered on time. She likes the way everyone is treated at Lakeside and really feels part of the team. Cecille's greatest passion in life is to be the best that she can be and do the best that she can do. The things that she most wants to achieve in her life are to obtain a degree in business management and to have time for her family.

Monique is responsible for keeping carriers appraised of their delivery appointments, tracking and tracing shipments as well as caring for the billing on one specific account. She enjoys the willingness of her team members in always wanting to help one another out in any area. Monique has great passion for her family, her husband and 2 small boys. She is a sports fanatic that includes running and playing slo-pitch baseball. Yet, she has the gentility of loving to bake and decorate cakes. Monique would ultimately like to achieve the goal of raising healthy happy children.

As one of Lakeside’s team of Logistics Coordinators, Chris focuses on tracking customer shipments and delivering excellent customer service. He is committed to creating and maintaining honest relationships with customers. He particularly likes the close-knit atmosphere at Lakeside, and feels that it encourages both personal and professional growth. Chris enjoys nothing better than to share laughs with friends and loved ones. His greatest life ambition is to travel to as many foreign and exotic locations as he possibly can.

Tracking customer shipments is Stephanie’s primary role as a Logistics Coordinator. She supports Lakeside’s focus on our customers by continuously delivering excellent customer service. The friendly, team atmosphere makes Lakeside a great place to work. When she’s not on the job, Stephanie’s greatest joy in life is spending time with her family.

Anna's responsibilities as a Logistics Coordinator include ordering transportation and implementing the track and trace process. Following up with customers to let them know when their shipments will be picked up and delivered is a key element of her job. Anna finds Lakeside people are very friendly and helpful. She sees the team effort all around the company. Anna's greatest passions are her home and her swans. And the one thing that she wants to achieve most in life is being able to help anyone she can.

Marni co-ordinates pick-ups and delivery appointments, tracing, warehousing and customer service. She delivers value to customers by listening and understanding on an individual basis. Marni likes the fact that, at Lakeside, everyone works as a team and helps each other out. Spending time with family is most important to her, and she hopes for health and the chance to see her children grow up and lead a healthy life.
