He delivers value to Lakeside customers through the development and deployment of leading edge business processes and technology. This, in turn, provides customers with a competitive advantage. Lew appreciates the true "team" environment at Lakeside where everyone is dedicated to, and focused on, the challenge of meeting or surpassing the customers' expectations. For 3 years, business travel kept Lew on the road 75% of the time. After joining Lakeside, he has been able to refocus on his greatest passion in life - spending as much time as possible with his family. The most important thing in his life is to be remembered as a loving and supportive husband and father, dedicated to the success of his children.

Mukesh is responsible for the development and implementation of all internal web applications. He helps deliver value to clients by developing and maintaining new customized web approaches. The best thing about working at Lakeside for Mukesh is the people and the work ethic. His life's passions include family and friends, helping others achieve their goals, learning new skills and trades, travelling Europe, Asia and North America, volunteering, and teaching swimming lessons. Some of the goals he would like to achieve most are parachuting, building a log cabin home, maybe run a marathon, but definitely retire by the age of 40.
