As Controller, Ian is responsible for both management accounting and financial accounting. He assists in decision making and helping to co-ordinate the efforts of the entire company as a unified whole. The Lakeside people are what he enjoys most about his job. His greatest passion in life is to spend time with his family. Ian's goal in golf is breaking 80.

Charlene is responsible for Accounts Receivables. She enjoys the team atmosphere at Lakeside. Charlene's passions in life are her family, friends, and helping people solve problems.

Judy is responsible for assisting in general administrative duties. She enjoys helping the team in the daily functions. Judy's passions in life are her family, friends and especially her grandchildren.

Claudia is responsible for auditing and invoicing plus other miscellaneous administrative duties. Her efficiency and accuracy ensure that customers get the correct invoicing within the necessary time frames. Right from the start, Claudia knew she would enjoy being part of the Lakeside team. Claudia is not only devoted to her children but is inspired by them to strive for more in life. She is motivated to reach for new experiences such as skydiving. She plans to learn and expand in her business life while working at finishing her degree.

As receptionist, Helena keeps track of the comings and goings at Lakeside. In addition to reception duties, she also handles accounts payable tasks. Her friendly manner and helpful information welcomes callers to Lakeside. Helena finds the Lakeside work environment very motivating. She appreciates the support she gets from the whole team. Being very close to her family and friends, she feels she is well on her way to achieving her main goal in life – happiness.
