Pick-up and delivery times are displayed in real-time because our operations coordinators track each shipment twice a day. For ease of access, we use your P.O. numbers rather than bill of lading or system generated numbers.

SuperScheduler - Dock Scheduling application
Dock scheduling can consume resources of time, people and money because of its manual, labour-intensive process.

SuperScheduler, developed by Lakeside, automates dock scheduling. It is fast, flexible and efficient at managing appointments for all parties - shippers, receivers and trucking companies. Telephone tag has been replaced with the click of a mouse. This application eliminates over 95% of the coordination and costs.

Because SuperScheduler is web-based, there is no investment in additional, complex software. A carrier simply logs on to the Lakeside website or clicks on the link from your site. On the SuperScheduler page, just click on a selected appointment. This time is now locked in. Appointments can be selected as much as a month out and can be adjusted if necessary. The need for shippers or receivers to be involved in the process is virtually eliminated.
